TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNISPHERE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
